This single origin coffee comes to us from a group called Aprysa located in the Amazonas region in northern Peru. This amazing coffee is a great option for your daily morning cup or to share with friends after a meal. The complexity of this coffee is subtle and will transform depending on your method of brewing and brew recipe. We recommend playing around with the ratios and finding what recipe works best for you! We’ve been loving it on a Hario V-60, ground a little on the finer side, with 24 grams of coffee and 380 grams of water.
